Have you ever felt something was holding you back from being happy?
Maybe you feel it’s another person, your living situation, your job, or even yourself.
Maybe you’ve tried buying several new cars or been involved in multiple relationships that just don’t work out.
Maybe you’ve even tried using drugs and alcohol as a means of numbing your unhappiness.
But what if I told you that I know a way to find true happiness? That there was a way to no longer be reliant on others to make you happy or fulfill you in some way?
Here are my Top 5 Ways to Be Happy:
1. Release specific trapped emotions that are blocking your happiness.
This is a sure-fire way to get rid of your emotional baggage to where you can live a happier and healthier life.
Your trapped emotions are specific to you and can go back as far as before birth. Once these are identified and released, they are permanently removed and will not return.
2. Use high-frequency language when speaking to yourself and others.
This simply means to use words that are positively powerful, words that literally create positive energy.
Some of my favorites are:
Love, Gratitude, Peace, Healing, Forgiveness, Mercy, Abundance.
To feel their high vibrational frequency, I want you to read through these 7 words again, with intention.
Say them out loud and with your eyes closed for maximum effect.
Did you feel their power?
3. Speak daily affirmations into yourself.
These are powerful when repeated on a daily basis. Saying high vibrational words in combination with affirmations are even more powerful, such as:
“I am healing, I am happy, my body is healing quickly, I’m grateful to wake up into blessings, I’m at peace today, I love my life.”
Make up your own combination of high-frequency affirmations to use daily and be prepared to see a shift in your life!
4. Have an “Attitude of Gratitude.”
No matter the situation happening in your life, always look for the positive.
Negative situations may happen on a daily basis, but if you’re always looking for something to be grateful for, those negative situations won’t weigh you down like they once did.
Being grateful raises your vibrational frequency which invites even more positive energy into your life. And the more positive you are, the less you’ll even notice negativity.
5. Spend time with positive people.
We all have people in our life that make us feel happy, valued, and loved. Whether those people are friends or family, make sure to really soak up and enjoy your time with them.
These people have a huge impact on your mental and emotional health. Teach these special people in your life to use high-frequency language and daily affirmations to where they will be able to pour right back into you and others.
