This launched her production and design of Healing Cuisine, which started in 2008 as a place for Elise to store her health-inducing recipes and soon grew into a world-wide natural living community.

Elise is married to Dr. Schwartz and has been with Triad Health Center since its inception in 2013. She is excited to bring her services to the Piedmont Triad, offering nutritional counseling, detoxification therapy, food demonstrations, and an array of natural health workshops. The Schwartz’s live in Browns Summit and have been working on establishing a micro orchard on their property for the past few years.  Together they have one son, Austin, and two dogs, Finn and Mila.

Schwartz Family

  • Hometown? Laurium, Michigan
  • What inspires you? My son. It is true what they say, a baby changes everything. He is why I get up every day and deliver truth and hope to my clients. I strive to set the best example possible for my son, especially in the area of health. Seeing the next generation grow up in line with God’s healing principles is my motivation.
  • Ask me about… the Calumet Theatre, tear ducts, my right thumb, pannukakku and pasties
