Emotional Healing can turn your Holiday Blues into Happy for the Holidays!
Do you feel a range of emotions during the Holiday season? You start out feeling joyful and excited for the upcoming festivities, but as the special days get closer you endure waves of grief, sadness, dread and anxiety.
Or maybe you see this happen in a loved one, like your spouse or a parent. You can see the Holiday Blues affecting their enjoyment. They feel a deep sense of loneliness, unhappiness or depression, maybe they even pull away from the rest of the family or have emotional outbursts of sadness or anger. When we don’t feel understood about how we’re feeling on the inside, these are ways to cope with those strong feelings we can’t quite talk about.
No matter your issue, something can be done to help turn your Holiday Blues into your Happy Holidays.
I’m Brittany Mabe and I’m an Emotional Release Therapy practitioner at Triad Health Center.
Emotional Trauma can look different to each person. Things such as loss of a loved one, loss of a job, divorce, abuse, school or career changes — these can each cause Emotional Trauma…and that Emotional Trauma is what comes bubbling up, especially during the Holidays…Hence the term Holiday Blues!
I specialize in helping my clients overcome the Holiday Blues for good using Emotional Release Therapy, and it can do the same for you.
I know what you’re going through. I’m here to empathize with you and offer hope in overcoming the grief, stress, and loneliness that this time of year can magnify. If you’re feeling the Blues of the holidays, you aren’t alone. There’s hope in feeling better, to pushing past the pain and anxiety to experience joy again!
To help, I’m offering a gift to all my first time new clients now through December 31st!
When you schedule your first Emotional Release Therapy session, you’ll receive our Happy for the Holidays essential oil roll-on, my gift to you!
Essential oils are powerful in raising cellular energy vibration, which means they are extremely supportive to Emotional Release Therapy sessions and emotional healing.
Happy for the Holidays is an uplifting blend of Bergamot, Cypress, Vetiver, and Lavender, which do an excellent job at fostering happiness, serenity and joy.
This customized blend is a great pairing with your Emotional Release Therapy sessions, to help you replace the negative emotions with joyous ones, for good!
It’s possible to be Happy for the Holidays again!
If you would like to meet with me, either in person or virtually, you can reach out to me any time! Check out our website – triadhealthcenter.com – or feel free to call me at 336-288-4677.
