Dr. Everett Tucker is speaking at our partner seminar series with Orangetheory Fitness Greensboro.

Aches & Pains: Shin splints, knee pain, tight and sore muscles, ITB syndrome, or even the dreaded plantar fasciitis, we’ve been there. Together, Orangetheory and Triad Health Center offer a wide variety of tools to help prevent and treat many common running injuries. We know firsthand how unbearable it can be to take time off, so we’re here to help aid you in a speedy recovery, or even better, avoid these problems in the first place.

All activity levels are welcome! This is an informational seminar setting.

Bring a pen and notebook, Dr. Tucker will be covering a lot of material in a short amount of time. Fitness experts from Orangetheory will also be on hand to answer questions after the seminar.
