Indulging on delicious holiday food doesn’t have to be sinful! Dr. Schwartz will teach you how you can enjoy favorite holiday favorite recipes in a completely healthy way. Be sure to come hungry! You will sample a complete holiday meal!
What do I need to bring?
Each family who attends will need to bring and Advanced or Core Plan dish to share. Approved recipes will be available at the Front Desk for you to pick up OR you can call us and we will email one to you.
